We think of an operating system for our products as having five roles: Efficiency, Alignment, Innovation, Clarity, and Execution. They're not a sequence, there's no step one and step five. They work in parallel, all the time, with every component making the others sharper, as they all draw from the same data.
We call this proprietary, centralised AI platform Relay OS, equipping each Relay product with a shared infrastructure and expertise to scale AI operations. The core components of Relay OS include an AI-native data infrastructure for reliable and consistent data analysis, AI product integrations, an internal hosting platform for agentic workflows, and deployed agents as Relay teammates across functions including customer success, engineering, and marketing. Relay’s AI operations are model-agnostic, allowing workflows to move between model providers to optimize token usage and keep our agentic operations improving in line with the latest frontier models.

Nova is our internal Slack-native agent system, functioning as an all purpose AI coding and operational agent supporting the team across functions. Nova sits in Slack as the first responder on customer escalations and alerts, reading the ticket, pulling the context, and taking bounded action before a human ever has to look up from what they're doing. It's already resolving the majority of Tier 1 escalations without engineering input, and it only gets faster the longer it runs on your data. It is a self-improving system that learns and iterates with each interaction.
One source of truth. Wellspring is our AI-native data infrastructure, with purpose-built data segments and fine tuned access controls for people, agents, and apps. Constantly ingesting, aggregating and organizing our internal data in a compliance minded environment, Relay Wellspring provides reliable and consistent data and analytics across all of our businesses, supporting agent applications and insights.
